Competition Act 2004

The Competition Act 2004 seeks to make provisions about competition and the abuse of a dominant position in the market. It also establishes the Competition Commission of Singapore.

The Ministry of Trade and Industry had conducted two rounds of public consultation in April/May and July/August this year to gather feedback on the proposed competition law.

Visit the following links for the full Statute, related FAQs and the consultation documents for the two rounds of public consultation together with the submissions received.
