Commodity Trading Act (Chapter 48A)

This Act defines what commodity futures are, and regulates the operation of commodity futures markets.International Enterprise Singapore is designated to operate as the regulator of commodity futures trading.False trading, bucketing, manipulating prices or fraudulent practices are criminalised, with the offender liable to pay compensation in some cases.
